Privacy policy

What this website and the Dictum AI demo collect, why, who else handles it, and how to have it removed. Last updated 14 October 2026.

Who we are

Spazetech Solutions is a sole proprietorship founded in March 2021 and run by Vibhor Goyal, based in Bahadurgarh, Haryana, India. For anything in this policy, email vibhor@spaze.tech.

Visiting spaze.tech

We count visits with a small script of our own. For each page view it records the page, the referring site, any campaign tags in the link, your device type and screen width, and your browser language. It stores a random visitor ID in your browser’s local storage and a random session ID that is cleared when you close the tab. We set no cookies, and we do not record your IP address or anything that names you. These records are kept in our Supabase database.

Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, and the blog loads its posts from Supabase. Those services receive your IP address as part of delivering the files, under their own privacy policies.

Requesting access to the Dictum AI demo

When you use the request-access form, we keep your name, work email, company, and the optional role and example questions you enter, together with the time of the request. We use them to reply to you and, if we grant access, to add your email to the demo’s access list. To limit abuse we keep a one-way hash of your connection’s IP address for one hour; the address itself is not stored.

We keep access requests for 12 months, then delete them, or sooner if you ask.

Using the Dictum AI demo

  • Sign-in. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Auth0 sends the code and handles the sign-in.
  • What we log. For each question we record your email, the question, the SQL that was run, the number of rows returned and timings. We never store the result values.
  • What goes to the model provider. To produce an answer, your question, the demo database’s table and column names, and up to 50 rows of its synthetic data are sent to OpenRouter. Your email is not sent. The demo database contains made-up data only; please don’t type real company data into your questions.
  • How long. Demo logs are kept for 12 months, then deleted.

Where your data is held

This website and the access-request records are hosted by Hostinger. The Dictum AI demo runs on Amazon Web Services in the United States (N. Virginia). Visit records are held in Supabase. These providers process data on our behalf, and some of them are outside India.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell or rent your data, we don’t use it for advertising, and we don’t share it with anyone beyond the providers named above.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing vibhor@spaze.tech. We reply within 30 days. To stop visit counting, clear this site’s storage in your browser or block scripts from spaze.tech.
